Clubs.
Yes, one could assign some high-tech science fiction meaning to it. Like Spades with a club lead director, clubs+spades, long clubs 4 spades etc, etc, etc.
For me, this is just clubs. Partner can bid 5 if he also has clubs or try 4♠ on the way, which I'll need 4 card support to pass.

What hand passes first seat and then comes back in at the four-level with a 4♣ call?

1417??? bad 8 card suit??? 2236 with AQTxxx??? Could have spades OR diamonds on the side???
