At IMPs I'd lead ♥A, without much hope. A diamond at matchpoints.
Maybe a spade is right, to force declarer to cash dummy's winners before he's set up his ninth trick?

I agree with the red suit choices, but I can't conjure up a layout where the spade is right... if rho has a stiff spade, either he would have raised to 4♠ and/or he has a source of tricks himself, so I don't think that making him run his spades will work.
Actually, I have a sneaking suspicion that a spade may be best in order to get partner on lead, to switch to the heart J with 10x in dummy
