SEF what is standard

I want to learn SEF and found:

and

http://pcoutant.free.fr/bridge.htm

but both are different (one including eg 2SA fitté, 1M-3m is fit in one and strong one suited in other...).

Is their an official SEF system or official site with SEF?

it's not available on line - you have to buy the book. A new version seems to have been published in 2006.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn
