How do I view all hands when dummy? Dummy Settings Profile

I believe I have all profile settings set up correc lty (show all hands, kibits,) but I cannot view hands when I am dummy.

Am I doing something wrong?

I have uninstalled, deleted the directory, and reinstalle 5.0.3 software.

Coudl you please let me know what settings I must set and how to set them or is there a registry setting I need to adjust so that I can veiw all hands as dummy.

You already asked the same question here, in the correct forum. This forum is for questions about BridgeBase software other than BBO (although it's also become the place to discuss running BBO on non-Windows systems).
