I double. The singleton club doesn't bother me nearly as much as that I'm probably giving up on 3NT.

I double as well, but I don't like it... well, I suppose nobody really likes it. It is the least of evils. The good news is that I have so much stuff that partner probably won't bid 5, and the better news is that I hold the club Queen and a wonderful hand so he will probably make it if he bids it. I am most worried about playing a hopeless 5-2 spade fit at the 4 level rather than a cold 3N. But we can't cater to everything.
