Natural.
1m:2m, 2NT is GF; Otherwise, if either hand bids 3m that is non-forcing.

It's called: Raise only non-forcing
2-level bids show length before they show values.
2NT is stronger than 3NT.

I would only play weakNT invmin in a non-regular partnership, so I wouldn't play a huge amount of artificial kit but would stick with
1♣ - 2♣
2 suit natural, unbalanced, no extra values
2NT 15+ FG
3♣ minimum unbalanced no side 4-card suit
3 suit splinter
4♣ kickback
playing taht 2♣ is allowed a 4-card major if game forcing,
1♣ - 2♣
2♥ -
3♥ is forcing (as responder has 4 hearts), but 2NT or 3♣ are non-forcing.

In my partnership I use to bid 1♣♦ - 2♣♦ with eight or more points, in order to have 3♣♦ as a genuine preempt: after the single raise, 3♣♦ is limit by either player, even when opener reveals a strong notrump.
Moreover, since we open 1♣ holding 15-17 points and any 4333 or 4432, we add another simple agreement:
- 1♣ - 2♣ - 2♦ shows 15-17 balanced, saying nothing about clubs: now both 3♣ and 2NT by either player are limit;
- 1♣ - 2♣ - 2NT shows a non-minimum hand with both major stoppers (with just one, rebid 2♥♠), one round forcing;
- 1♣ - 2♣ - 3♦ shows a non-minimum hand with values in the minor suits.
The 2♦ rebid is also used in 1♣ - 1♥♠ - 2♦, 15-17 balanced with four cards in responder's suit, whereas 1♣ - 1♥♠ - 1NT denies a fit and 1♣ - 1♥♠ - 2♥♠ guarantees an unbalanced hand with real clubs.

Minor structure (ignoring NT)
1m-2m Raise (I tend to hold simple raises more often than most people)
2m+1 Constructive, promising shortness
2m+2 Constructive, denying shortness
2m+3 Limit+

I play all single raises (unless BPH) as GF, so:
2 major = stopper showing, extras
2N = 15-17, and good major suit stops
3 minor = minimum, no shortage
3 of a new suit = shortage
3N = 18-19
4 minor = key card (tweak this if you play kickback)
Double Raise = VERY weak (0-5)
2♠ = Mixed raise or 10-12 balanced
JS in other minor = Limit raise
3N = 6 in minor and one outside card. It's preemptive in the minor but opener can pass.
4 minor = ghastly preempt in the minor.
