Partner opens 1♠, RHO doubles and you bid 2NT good raise. 3♠ is bid by LHO, partner passes and RHO bids 4♥. LHO corrects this to 5♦ and this is passed back to you. Do you act?

Partner heard you bid 2NT, didn't bid game, and didn't double 5♦. I wouldn't be so optimistic.

Unless partner is known to NEVER psyche, doubling is silly.
It is impossible to construct hands for the opps where neither has made an egregious error and they go down 2 tricks. Heck, I think that it is highly unlikely that they can go down at all unless they lose 2 trump tricks, and your double will almost surely prevent that.
Consider: your red v white RHO is NOT psyching.
Consider: your red v white LHO bid 3♠ before bidding 5♦. Maybe he has a modest 1=1=6=5 and was hoping to hear his partner bid a 4 card major, but maybe he has a SLAM TRY! How else would he bid a good hand with good diamonds, but less than a slam force?
And we are looking at 11 hcp.
Get real: unless the opps are out to lunch, the odds are extremely high that partner lacks an opening hand. And no-one I know psyches in 1st seat with, say 6 or 7 points... a 1st seat white v red psyche is pure and utter garbage... you'd be very lucky, where I come from, to find him with a semblance of a trick.

If so, I'm looking forward to it.

Your point is valid...my opinion was based on the fact that I don't play with many PD's who psych.

Appollo was saying that, even if partner hasn't psyched, who's to say this is going off, if they only have one trump loser. The opponents know that your partner has opened, that you have shown a good raise, and have still bid strongly to game vunerable. They probably have some shape...LHO could easily be 6-5 or something.
