At the local club, fit jumps are rare.
In later round of national KOs, I would say the majority would play at least one of 3C and 4C as a fit jump. I play them both.

Everyone plays 5C as natural, as Justin says game bids in competitive auctions are (usually) to play.

Fit jumps sound quite rare then in your home country. Local club players rarely play them. Many early round opp in Nat ko do not play them. Only in the late rounds(small number of players in your country) do you see it pop up alot.

They sound much more common on the bbo forums.
