Did they invent a smart pill since she went to jail? Or is she really that good of an actress?!!

Well, we know she's a crappy actress, so...

<musing in the style of a drugged out hippie>

It's a conspiracy man....they slipped something in her cereal or bologna sandwich and caused her to be smart in short periods, dude....it's totally wild man....be free Paris, be free to embrace intelligence and words larger than 3 syllables girl....that's some good stuff they are giving to her...I wonder if I can get it at the CVS down the street man.....

Since God is apparently "everywhere" it is darn convenient that his presence seems to be very effective in the cell-block area. A new idea for churches perhaps?

I thought I read somewhere she does not even have a high school education. She did not graduate. Give the poor girl a break, she is just trying to make a livin but the MAN is always trying to put her down or in jail.

Diplomas aren't everything. Bill Gates is a college drop-out.

And yet no one throws him in jail, typical discrimination.
Paris makes one little mistake and off to the jail, Gates makes many mistakes but no jail time for him. :D

According to the foxnews.com site, they are stating that Paris may suffer from ADD and claustrophobia, and is taking Adderall to help.

If this is true, I will retract my entire post and offer a most sincere apology in advance of that outcome.

While I understand your sentiment Dwayne, it is highly like that the only thing she is suffering from is self-centered rich-bitchitis.

Either that or withdrawals.......

Really, how can we take this seriously?

NEW YORK (AFP)-Paris Hilton may still have weeks left in jail, but her family is already planning a huge party for when the celebutante walks free, according to US media.

The New York Post newspaper said that the socialite celebrity's father, Rick Hilton, had asked a string of glitzy Las Vegas clubs to stump up cash, flights and free hotel rooms for the honor of hosting the "get out of jail" bash.

"He was originally asking for a 50,000-dollar cash fee to be paid, as well as accommodations and flights," the Post quoted its unnamed source as saying.

$50,000 is dirt cheap, if you told me 100,000$ I bet it would be a huge bargain for the casino.

You are right about that. I work at Bellagio, and I guarantee that $50,000 is a bargain to get paris hilton and all her buddies to come party at your club.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

Thanks Fluffy, makes me feel proud of the fact that I have no clue what this thread is about. Thought Paris was the capital of France, or maybe a legendary Persian prince.

1) Paris is doing more time than 80% of her peers of the same crime.
2) Paris is doing more time than over 1000 people convicted of a violent crime in LA County the last 5 years.
3) Just another example of the MAN putting down the people.

On a more serious note.
1) too many crooks, not enough jails
2) taxpayers are not willing to raise their taxes to pay for more jails
3) If forced to pay more in the name of justice, fairness and equality, they just move away.
4) Note how no one disagrees she would be attacked, killed, or raped if staying in the general population IN JAIL. She is not so they pick another young girl.
5) Note how the public does not seem to care about solving that issue.

I guess the question might be as to why the west is visiting the backyards of the rest of the world.....maybe so we won't notice what is going on in ours?
