I do not remember reading or hearing about this lead type before.
Assume you lead A from AK.
Partner leads the K of hearts and QJX of hearts shows up in dummy.
I guessed the K of hearts meant something but was not sure what.
Partner shifts to the 5 of spades at trick two.
Later he told me that this showed a stiff in the suit he lead at trick two.

Shocking isn't it? If you look at the other thread, you will even find a stiff in a natural 1NT overcall!!!

So leading your top honors in reverse order and then shifting shows a stiff?

The King lead is not always readable. If the Queen is in dummy, or in partner's hand, its obvious.
A few weeks ago, I led a K from AKxxxx with a side void. The auction made my hand kind of obvious, but this woke up the sleepiest of partners who gave me two ruffs.

No this is only with AK. If you have KQ you can't afford to lead that, you have to start your single immediately to work on the ruffs, but if you lead from AK you expect to win the trick and you can shift to your singleton.

No it's just if you lead the "wrong" card from AK you either
A) have AK doubleton or
are going to shift to a singleton.
