bush isn't always clear in his phraseology (surprised?)... i take his words to mean he aligns himself with the commanders rather than congress... kinda like, which beer do you like, bud light or miller lite? as you know i'm the bud guy

Or maybe as "the decider" he simply decides which commander he is willing to listen to - however, I think he means uno solo - the Machiavellian Prince.

I did hear that to change into their superhero costumes, B and C don't use a phone booth but the restrooms at the local Exxon station.

And did he not also refer to Cheney as head of something? Does that mean that he is a Dick Head? But I guess a Dick in the Bush is worth much less than it should be...
