Re the general topic of bidding very strong hands in a standardish structure, just use the system in the Word doc at:
http://www.geocities.com/daniel_neill_2000...s/2bgstruct.doc
It is superior to all big 2C systems, but is very detailed and so too hard to remember for all but the most frequent partnerships, given that standard 2C openers occur less than 0.5% of the time, and that's assuming you are opening the bidding. If they interfere, that chops down the frequency of structure use yet again. Finally, the actual gain over standard would only be expressed a portion of the time.

Welcome to the bbo forum Dan, I really like your website. For some reason, your link fails. But if anyone wants to go to Dan's site, you can try getting there with the following link, and then find a link that does work the document he talked about.

While visinting his page, do yourself a favor and down load the Robson/Segal notes (very serious students of bidding only).

Re my broken link, please go to my index page as 'inquiry' posted. Apparently, geocities doesn't allow opening files from message boards. But the link on the index page works fine.
