Partner has a very good hand and is entousiastic about clubs. Surprising that he didn't cue diamonds - he can barely have a hand that justifies a slam try without a diamond control: Even with KQx-AKx-xx-AKJxx he should have signed off.
Maybe he's suggesting 4♥ just in case East psyched. In either case I bid 5♣ now.
Or maybe he's cueing hearts because he finds it obvious that he must have a second-round diaond control so 4♦ would show first-round control. In that case 4♠ could be the winning bid.

The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

No more than 4 bids to a line please. Thanks!
Pard is cue bidding for clubs. Both 3♦ and 4♥ are cues. While 1♥ might me a psyche, it probably isn't.
I would take a 3♥ call over 2♦ to reveal a psyche.
I like my hand; the 4 baby diamonds are nice, the 5th club is nice, and the spots are good. The A♠ stiff is golden.
I'll cooperate with 4♠.

This is somewhat similar to another thread going on at the moment.
To reveal a psyche, the doubler must bid 2♥ or 3♥ over 2♦. We denied four respectable hearts when we bid 2♣, so I agree we pclayton that partner is cueing in support of ♣s.
Partner has shown a pretty good hand so I think we are worth 4♠, maybe he has KQxx Axx x AKxxx

I cannot think of any reason not to cuebid my ♠A.
