The Helen Online Bridge Institute is accepting new members into the community. This Institute, based on the island of St. Lucia in the Windward Islands of the Caribbean, is dedicated to the progressive learning of the Precision approach, while encompassing the qualities of the Islands - openess, gentleness, honesty, carefree living, and of course, excellent weather.
