If opponents are playing some sort of standard-ish 5CM system, then RHO is likely to have a pile of rubbish, and LHO is 53 in the majors. That gives partner a singleton heart, which I don't think is consistent with the bidding (he should have cued, raised diamonds or bid clubs). So on the principle of trusting partner, perhaps LHO is 52 in the majors with Hx heart. That makes

RHO 1543
Partner 3235
us 4432
that at least adds up.... (although then I don't know why partner didn't just bid 2C over 1NT. Perhaps he thought he was too strong)
I don't see any hurry to lead trumps, because I don't see what declarer is going to ruff in the dummy
I also lead the CJ.
