Taking the opening lead to block the suit

Can you give example of suit combinations that taking the opening lead (as opposite to ducking) might cause block in the opponents suit.

Example


west leads the Q.
If west has QJXXXX we will cause a block by taking the first trick.

The classic one is Ax in dummy, Txxx in your hand. Win the ace, if RHO has Hx you block the suit. This also applies for Ax opp 9xxx as if RHO has HH doubleton, the suit blocks. HH doubleton is likely if the suit is 5-2 since LHO would lead an honor with QJTxx or KQJxx, and might with KQTxx or KJTxx.

LHO leads the king (asking udca count), RHO follows with the 9. You can play RHO for J9 or 109.
