3♦-3♥ 3433; QP ask (to claim hearts, no slam opposite PH)
3♠-4♦ min (6 or fewer); end relay

Seems like a choice between 3N and 4♥, not sure I had a lot of confidence in this choice. Diamond ruffing value in hand and lack of significant extra strength seemed to lean towards trump.
