Play ♥ towards ACE.

if they ever ruff ♥ (after the ♥K) you have plenty of entries (♣K, two ♠) to set up the two ♥ for ♦ discard, and if after cashing the ♠A someone ruffs a ♥, then the ♠Q will fall.

play A♣ A♠(and assume both play to A♠)
play K ♥ small ♥from hand to A

then you can play H for enough discards (even if the Q♥ doesn't fall and if the A♥is trumped) because as soon as one opp trumps the Q♠ will fall
